Cold and snow bringing you down? Thaw out with a steaming bowl of soup from great restaurants and local cooks served among friends – all for the good of neighborhood programs. Carlson Community Services will host its seventh Soup & Bread fundraiser on Sunday, February 10th from 5-7 p.m.
Soup & Bread for Carlson will be held at Irving Park Lutheran Church gym, 4057 N. Harding Ave. Sample up to 10 amazing soups from local cooks and restaurants including Chef Ed Gardner, Hearth & Crust, Tre Kronor and Bourgeois Pig Cafe.
The event will also feature bluegrass music, a raffle, kids’ craft room and bake sale — fun for all ages.
